PUBG Mobile Settings for Tecno Phones

Tecno phones are budget devices, and their lag usually comes from three things at once: a processor that cannot hold high graphics, battery-saving features that throttle the game mid-match, and background apps eating memory. The battery saver trap is the Tecno-specific one: a mode meant to save power can cap performance exactly when a fight needs it most. Add heat during long sessions, and a phone that starts smooth can stutter hard by the second match.

Set graphics to Smooth and frame rate to the highest option that stays steady in a hot drop, not the highest option on the screen. Turn off anti-aliasing and shadows, and disable auto graphics adjustment if it keeps changing your settings mid-match. If frames still drop, step down one more level: a steady lower frame rate wins more fights than a higher rate that stutters when enemies appear.

Check that battery saver and aggressive power modes are off while playing, since they can throttle the game without any warning. Close background apps before ranked matches, especially social and video apps, and keep some free storage so the phone is not fighting itself. Restart before a long session to clear stuck processes, play in a cool spot without a thick case, and avoid charging during ranked matches: heat plus throttling is the combination that ruins late-session fights.

Lag-fix config files cannot give a budget phone a faster processor, and they modify game files, which risks the account. RAM booster apps that kill everything in sight can also kill processes the game needs. If your Tecno phone cannot run the game smoothly even on the lowest settings, the honest options are a supported device or the official emulator on PC. Do not install a file on a main ID to chase frames the hardware cannot hold.
