PUBG Mobile Settings for Redmi & POCO Phones

Redmi and POCO phones span budget to mid-range hardware, and their lag usually comes from memory pressure: the system keeps many apps alive, the game fights for RAM, and background services restart mid-match. Add heat during long sessions and a nearly full storage, and a phone that starts smooth can stutter hard by the second match. The fix is to give the game room: fewer competing apps, cooler hardware, and settings the processor can actually hold.

Set graphics to Smooth and frame rate to the highest option that stays steady in a hot drop, not the highest option on the screen. Turn off anti-aliasing and shadows, and disable auto graphics adjustment if it keeps changing your settings mid-match. If frames still drop, step down one more level: a steady lower frame rate wins more fights than a higher rate that stutters when enemies appear.

Close background apps before ranked matches and use the phone's built-in game mode if it has one, since it can prioritise the game and silence notifications. Keep some free storage, restart before a long session to clear stuck processes, and play in a cool spot without a thick case. Avoid charging during ranked matches: heat is the most common reason a phone that starts smooth becomes laggy after twenty minutes.

Lag-fix config files cannot give a phone a faster processor, and they modify game files, which risks the account. Aggressive cleaner apps that kill everything in sight can also kill processes the game needs. If your Redmi or POCO phone cannot run the game smoothly even on the lowest settings, the honest options are a supported device or the official emulator on PC. Do not install a file on a main ID to chase frames the hardware cannot hold.
