What Is iPad View in PUBG Mobile?

iPad view is the wider field of view that tablet screens show because of their screen shape: more of the scene fits horizontally, so enemies at the edges are visible sooner. Players on phones want the same advantage, which is why searches for iPad view on phones are so popular. The view itself is not a cheat: it is how the game renders on a wider screen. The problem is only how phone players try to get it.

On phones, iPad view is usually sold as a config file or a setting pack that changes how the game renders. That file modifies the game client, which is the same violation category as other modified files, and it can lead to temporary or long bans. Sellers who claim their iPad view file is safe, undetectable or allowed are making a promise the game's rules do not support. Some of these files also come bundled with unrelated modifications, so a player who wanted only a wider view can end up flagged for more than they installed.

The legitimate way to get a wider view is to play on a tablet or a supported device with a wider screen, where the game renders that view itself. On a phone, the safe improvements are FOV-related settings the game officially offers, a comfortable grip that keeps your thumbs off the screen edges, and a HUD layout that does not cover the sides of the screen. The claw layout guide on this site explains how to clear the edges of your view without touching game files.

A wider view helps at the margins, but it does not replace aim, positioning or game sense, and it is not worth a ban on an account with years of progress. If you play on a phone, accept the phone's view and improve what is safe to improve: sensitivity, HUD, and settings. If a wide view matters to you, a tablet is the honest route. Ready accounts with rare gear are listed on the PUBG accounts page (/en/pubg-accounts) for players who want progress without risking a main ID.
