Xbox Nano Controller Announced: Specs & Price [Confirmed]

According to verified reports from GameSpot News, Microsoft has officially announced the brand new Xbox Nano Controller, marking the smallest and lightest official gamepad ever released by the company at just 3.5 ounces and retailing for $50. Measuring a bit over five inches in length, this ultra-portable peripheral is specifically engineered to fit nearly every pocket and budget while remaining fully functional. Microsoft stated that the compact hardware provides an exceptional option for younger players, individuals with smaller hands, or gamers seeking portable travel performance on the go. Despite its reduced physical footprint, the device retains all 18 standard gameplay buttons to ensure complete operational familiarity across current-generation titles. To accelerate adoption this holiday season, Microsoft has partnered with Samsung to launch a hardware bundle pairing the controller with two months of Game Pass Ultimate for new subscribers purchasing new Samsung television units. Additionally, collaborative promotional efforts with Meta are underway to introduce further cross-platform ecosystems.
