CS2 TFT Patch 18.5 Notes: Full Guide & Champion Buffs [2026]

According to verified reports from Esports.gg, Riot Games has officially launched Teamfight Tactics patch 18.5 as the fifth major update of the Enchanted Wilds set, delivering crucial champion buffs, Mama Beak adjustments, and vital AP line enhancements. Developers Rodger "Riot Prism" Caudill and Katie “Riot Ukime” Guo detailed this smaller yet highly focused patch designed to follow up on previous balance iterations from patch 18.4. The update features targeted enhancements for Tier 2 and Tier 3 champions. Specifically, Caitlyn receives an empowered auto damage increase from 190/285/470 up to 200/300/490 AD, making her early game presence significantly more impactful. Meanwhile, other underperforming units including Master Yi, Tristana, Malphite, Morgana, Sett, Soraka, Ashe, Alune, and Taris also secure valuable buffs. Conversely, dominant units receive well-deserved nerfs to maintain meta equilibrium. Azir sees his ability damage reduced from 46/69/110 AP down to 43/65/105 AP, while Kha’Zix also receives adjustments alongside Sentinel mechanics and Mama Beak tweaks.
