PUBG Mobile iPhone FPS Drop Bug: [Fix Guide & Patch Notes]

Severe frame rate drops plaguing Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max users while activating in-game voice chat microphones were officially reported by community members following a minor background server patch deployed last Monday across global PUBG Mobile servers. According to verified reports from Reddit PUBGMobile, user Xebec777k detailed how iOS audio permission conflicts trigger sudden stuttering down to unplayable frame rates during squad communications. The bug specifically affects high-end iOS hardware running iOS 16 and iOS 17 architectures, interrupting seamless squad coordination during critical gunfights. Tencent developers have yet to issue an official hotfix, leaving competitive players scrambling for temporary workarounds such as disabling background microphone permissions or using external Discord overlays. For desktop players facing related technical hurdles, consulting guides like [PUBG Mobile Gameloop: Best Middle East Server [Fix Guide]](/news/pubg-mobile-gameloop-middle-east-server-fix) offers valuable troubleshooting insights. Community moderators recommend clearing cache files, restarting device audio drivers, and submitting formal diagnostic logs directly through the in-game customer support portal to expedite a permanent patch rollout before the upcoming weekend tournament qualifiers.
