Modern Warfare 4 Counter Attack Walkthrough [Full Guide]

To complete the Counter Attack mission in Modern Warfare 4, players must follow a three‑phase approach: breach the enemy bunker, secure the bridge with a suppressed M4A1, and eliminate Archer’s elite squad before the timer expires. The mission picks up after Deflection, where Archer captures Price, Ghost, and Gaz, then murders Gaz in cold blood, shifting the narrative to Park and Ko on the front lines. Players start by planting breaching charges on the western bunker, clearing the room with flashbangs, and retrieving a tactical map. The second phase forces a timed sprint across an exposed bridge while defending against AI snipers; using the M4A1 with a suppressor reduces recoil and TTK, allowing a smoother push. In the final showdown, Archer’s squad spawns at the far end of the bridge; coordinated grenades and headshots are essential to finish the mission. According to verified reports from Sportskeeda Esports & BGMI, the mission’s difficulty rating is 4.5/5, and it introduces the new “Archer’s Shadow” cosmetic, now trading on 217G.
