Does BGMI Work in UAE? The Short Answer

Short answer: BGMI is the version of PUBG Mobile published for India, and it is designed for players in India. If you are in the UAE, the version supported for you is PUBG Mobile global, not BGMI. BGMI accounts, progress, and events belong to the Indian version and do not carry over to global.

BGMI and PUBG Mobile global are separate versions with separate servers and account systems. A BGMI account cannot be used as a global account, and there is no official way to transfer an account between the two versions. Players who move regions normally start on the version for their new region, which is why installing the right version for your location matters before you invest time or money in an account.

If you are in the UAE, install and play PUBG Mobile global, and buy accounts only for the version you can actually play. Before any account purchase, confirm the version, the region, and that every recovery channel transfers — and use escrow so payment releases only after you verify control of the correct version.
