PUBG Account Checker: Verify Before You Buy

The pre-purchase verification checklist that stops the most common PUBG account scams.

Direct Answer: How Do I Check a PUBG Account Before Buying?

Before buying a PUBG Mobile account, verify it: check the collection level, X-Suits, and mythic items in-game; confirm which social accounts are linked and whether they can be unlinked; and ask for a video walkthrough of the inventory. Accounts that cannot be unlinked are the most common scam. Buying through escrow keeps your payment safe until the transfer is complete.

The 5-Point Pre-Purchase Check

1. Collection level, X-Suits & mythics — in-game, not screenshots

Ask the seller to open the account live and scroll the collection: collection level, every X-Suit with its star level, mythic outfits, and gun labs. Screenshots are trivially faked; a live screen-share or video walkthrough is the minimum.

2. Which social accounts are linked — and can they be unlinked?

Confirm every linked login (Facebook, Google, Apple, Twitter/X, phone) and whether each can be fully unlinked. Accounts that cannot be unlinked are the most common scam: the original owner can recover the account after you pay.

3. Demand a video walkthrough of the full inventory

A real seller records the whole inventory in one uncut video: profile, collection, gun labs, garage, and the linked-accounts screen. Refusal, or a video that skips screens, is a walk-away signal.

4. Check UC debt, bans & secondary password

Negative UC (carded UC) gets the account banned after purchase. Ask about ban history and whether a secondary verification password is set — and who controls it. Unknown UC debt is a deal-breaker.

5. Never pay outside escrow

Pay only through an escrow that holds your payment until the transfer — including the Krafton unlinking cooldown — is complete. Advance payments on JazzCash, Easypaisa, or crypto to a stranger are how most buyers lose money.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I check first on a PUBG account?

The linked social accounts and whether they can be unlinked. An account with maxed X-Suits is worthless to you if the original owner can recover it through a linked Facebook or phone number.

Can a seller fake a video walkthrough?

Yes — recorded videos of someone else’s account circulate widely. Ask for a live walkthrough, or a video that shows a code word or today’s date on screen, plus the linked-accounts screen in the same take.

What if the social accounts cannot be unlinked?
