The Buyer Checklist That Stops Most PUBG Scams

Before paying, verify the account live: watch the seller log in and show the inventory, rank, and linked accounts in a session you control, not just screenshots, which can be faked or outdated. Confirm the original email and phone number will transfer, and that all linked logins (social, game centre) move with the account. Then confirm the deal structure: escrow holding payment until you verify full control yourself.

Walk away when the seller rushes you, refuses live verification, wants payment outside the platform, offers a password-only handover, or claims the account is a one-time bargain that expires today. Each of these is a standard scam shape, and genuine sellers welcome verification because it protects their price too. A seller who fights the checklist is telling you the account will not survive it.

After payment releases, immediately change the email and password, enable two-factor authentication, terminate all other sessions, and re-check linked logins. Keep the trade record and messages until you are certain the transfer is stable. If anything feels wrong in the first days — unexpected logins, recovery attempts, or missing items — contact support at once with your evidence while the trail is fresh.
