How to Prevent Krafton ID Cross-Platform Hijacking on PUBG

Check for linked Steam, Epic Games, Xbox, PlayStation, Twitch, or Google Play accounts. Unlink any third-party gaming handles not owned by you.

Never leave the previous owner’s email address as the master identifier on the Krafton web dashboard. Update and verify your own primary security email.

Attach Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator so no changes can be made to connected game clients without a time-based TOTP code.

Confirm that secondary social slots are detached or actively counting down in the 7-day unlinking quarantine window.
