Team Liquid Eliminated Logitech G Play Connect Group Stage CS2 [CS2 News]

As originally reported by Esports News UK, powerhouse Team Liquid has officially crashed out of Logitech G Play Connect in Poland following a disappointing 2-3 group stage run. The North American-rooted organization entered the LAN event fielding a compromised lineup, struggling to establish baseline strategic cohesion against aggressive underdog squads.

Liquid's early exit materializes alongside Ninjas in Pyjamas, who also failed to navigate past the opening Swiss stage into the knockout bracket. Throughout the group phase, Liquid conceded critical series to lower-ranked opposition, suffering decisive defeats on contested maps where default mid-round rotations repeatedly broke down. Statistical aggregates confirmed that secondary site holds on Anubis and Mirage were exploited by opponents during execute phases.

With their elimination confirmed ahead of the playoffs, Liquid surrenders crucial tournament prize pool shares and squanders valuable LAN repetitions before upcoming tier-one events. The sudden exit puts immense pressure on team management to address ongoing roster instability and depth concerns.
