Intel Arc Driver Update: Huge 31% FPS Boost [Patch Notes]

Intel officially rolled out WHQL graphics driver 32.0.101.9150 in March 2026, granting PC players a staggering 31 percent average framerate boost in Resident Evil Requiem alongside sweeping performance optimizations across current-generation Core Ultra integrated architectures and Battlemage discrete cards. According to verified reports from PC Gamer, Intel's relentless driver engineering continues to close the raw performance deficit against competitors Nvidia and AMD. Testing on Core Ultra 2 (Lunar Lake) integrated Arc silicon demonstrated a 31% average uplift at 1080p medium settings in Resident Evil Requiem, maintaining a formidable 29% gain under high presets. Beyond horror releases, the WHQL package delivers an 18% improvement for Assassin's Creed Shadows at 1080p high, accompanied by an 11% framerate surge in Assassin's Creed Valhalla. Next-gen Core Ultra Series 3 (Panther Lake) chips also secure a 5% frame jump in F1 25, while desktop Arc B-series discrete cards register solid 6% efficiency gains in Monster Hunter Wilds and Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora.
