Epic Games Store Free Games: 2 PC Titles Live Now [Confirmed]

Epic Games Store has officially unlocked two prominent PC games—a pulse-pounding horror first-person shooter alongside a suspenseful murder mystery title—for zero dollars starting October 22, 2026, enabling all desktop players globally to permanently expand their personal game libraries without subscription fees. According to verified reports from Polygon, Epic Games continues its aggressive content acquisition strategy to secure higher active user retention across competitive PC gaming segments. This dual-title drop mirrors previous distribution milestones, complementing past surprise initiatives like the [Epic Games Store Bonus Free Game GetHigh.EXE [Confirmed]](/news/epic-games-store-free-game-gethigh-exe) giveaway that rallied millions of casual and hardcore gamers. Once claimed through the Epic Games Launcher during this active promotional window, both titles remain permanently tied to the user's digital collection with unlimited download rights and seamless cloud synchronization. Industry analysts track these bi-weekly giveaways as essential pipeline catalysts for independent development studios seeking explosive multiplayer matchmaking liquidity or viral single-player streaming exposure. By removing financial barriers to entry, Epic actively forces competitive digital storefronts to reconsider pricing tiers and seasonal promotion schedules worldwide.
