Enshrouded: How to Remove the Fell Curse Debuff [Full Guide]

To remove the Fell Curse in Enshrouded, players must brew and consume a Fell Curse Cleansing Tonic using Fresh Shroud Spores after finishing the Alchemist's questline, effectively lifting a deadly Shroud timer reduction that otherwise persists through character death. According to verified reports from Game Rant, this debilitating affliction poses one of the harshest progression bottlenecks in Keen Games' open-world survival action RPG. Unlike standard status ailments that reset upon respawning, the Fell Curse slashes character survival limits within the misty depths, forcing players to retreat or perish continuously until neutralized. Securing the cure requires initiating a targeted side quest unlocked through the Alchemist NPC at your Flame Sanctum base. Once active, explorers must venture into contaminated valleys to fell mutated abominations and harvest volatile Fresh Shroud Spores. Combining these with refined alchemical bases restores baseline vitality and extends exploration potential across difficult late-game biomes.
