Coco Gauff Vacation Photos: Wuhan Open Withdrawal [Update 2026]

American tennis superstar Coco Gauff shared poolside vacation photographs on social media in October 2026 to recharge following her dramatic China Open Round of 16 defeat against Elise Mertens and her subsequent withdrawal as defending champion from the Wuhan Open. According to verified reports from Sportskeeda Esports & BGMI, the World No. 4 stepped away from competitive hard-court action in China after a taxing physical stretch across the late-season calendar. Gauff's decision to forgo her title defense in Wuhan sent shockwaves through the tour, where fans and analysts expected a deep run ahead of the season-ending championships. The social media update showed Gauff unwinding in a black swimwear top beside a sunlit pool, underscoring her decision to prioritize physical rest and mental reset before the high-stakes European indoor season.
