Asmongold Pokimane Drama: Atrioc Feud Reignited [Update 2026]

Twitch broadcaster Zack Asmongold publicly addressed Imane Pokimane during a recent live broadcast, claiming she intentionally reignited Brandon Atrioc's 2023 deepfake controversy to generate targeted negative backlash against creators Ludwig Ahgren and QTCinderella across social video platforms. According to verified reports from Sportskeeda Esports & BGMI, Asmongold argued that reviving the unresolved dispute serves purely to inflict reputational damage rather than foster genuine reconciliation within the creator space. The controversy originally surfaced in January 2023 when Atrioc inadvertently displayed non-consensual deepfake imagery involving fellow creators during an open livestream, leading to his public apology and temporary hiatus. While Atrioc and impacted streamers like QTCinderella eventually worked toward resolution, Pokimane’s recent remarks brought the incident back into the mainstream discourse. Asmongold analyzed the dialogue live, arguing that the deliberate reactivation of settled grievances damages cross-creator goodwill. He warned that amplifying historical misconduct only destabilizes collaborative creator circles while farming engagement at the expense of peers.
