Roblox Value: Limiteds, RAP, and Clean History

Roblox trading value centres on limited and limited-unique items, and on RAP (Recent Average Price), the community's moving average for an item's trade value. An account's value is roughly the trade value of its limited inventory, adjusted for demand: high-demand limiteds trade near or above RAP, while slow items trade below it. Age, badges, and game history add flavour but rarely move the price the way limiteds do.

Check the inventory item by item against current RAP and demand, not against the seller's total claim. Verify the account's security state: original email control, two-factor authentication, and no pending holds or flags. And check for RAP manipulation: thinly traded items can show inflated RAP from wash trades, so demand — how fast an item actually moves — matters as much as the number.

The usual scams are trust trades, fake middlemen, and off-platform deals that move the trade away from Roblox's own systems. Never trade outside the official trade window, never hand over items first on a promise, and never accept a deal that changed after your last check. For high-value accounts, escrow-style protection — payment released only after verified transfer — is what separates a real deal from a theft.
