How PUBG Mobile Updates Work

A PUBG Mobile update is a new version of the game. Updates can add a map, a mode, a weapon, or a seasonal theme, and they often fix bugs and adjust balance at the same time. When an update arrives, the old version stops matching the live game, so updating is part of playing.

Updates roll out through the official app stores, and they do not always appear for everyone at the same moment. You may also see an in-game notice when a new version is ready. If the update is not showing yet, wait a little and check the store again rather than downloading files from random sites.

Update only from the official app store on your phone, on a stable connection, with enough free space for the download. Avoid third-party files that claim to be the new version, since they can carry malware or get your account flagged. The store version is the safe one.

Once you are updated, you can jump straight into organised play. Our daily custom room runs at 12 PM PKT with a Rs. 100 entry and a Rs. 2,000 squad prize, and credentials go out at 11:45 AM PKT. See how to join the 217G PUBG room to register.
