Fortnite One Piece Mini Season Explained

Treasure Hunters is Fortnite's pirate-themed mini-season, built around a new island called Crossbones Isle that replaces the usual battle royale map for the season. The island holds fewer players than a standard match, which makes early fights busier and rotations shorter. One Piece is the centrepiece of the season, sharing the spotlight with music collaborations that arrive week by week.

The season adds One Piece abilities you can find on the island, including Luffy's stretchy Gum-Gum power, Ace's Flame-Flame power, Zoro's three-sword style and Usopp's slingshot. Two locations from the anime appear on the island, Arlong Park and Windmill Village, giving fans familiar landmarks to land at. Learning where each power spawns matters, since the abilities change how fights play out at close range.

Ace and Robin headline the Treasure Hunters battle pass, so they are earned through progression during the season. Luffy, Nami and Usopp arrive in the Item Shop when the season opens, while Zoro, Sanji and a Chopper sidekick follow later, and Buggy arrives in a final wave. Because the crew arrives in waves rather than all at once, check the shop on each arrival day instead of assuming everything is already there.

Each week brings a new captain to the island with their own crew and area, starting with the Straw Hats and ASAP Rocky, who also appears as the island's first boss. Later weeks add further music collaborators, keeping the island fresh across the season. The chapter builds toward a major live event at the end of the season, so finish weekly quests before it arrives.
