Xbox Nano Controller Preorder Live at $49.99 [Confirmed]

Microsoft has officially opened global preorders for its new ultra-compact Xbox Nano Controller at a retail price of $49.99, confirming an official worldwide shipping date of November 4 across major digital storefronts including Amazon, Walmart, and the Microsoft Store. According to verified reports from IGN Articles, the compact peripheral reimagines the classic Xbox layout into a travel-friendly form factor measuring just over five inches long and weighing a featherlight 3.5 ounces. Despite the drastic shrinkage in total footprint, Microsoft confirmed that the gamepad retains all 18 standard Xbox inputs, including dual clickable analog thumbsticks, an integrated directional pad, tactile face buttons, dual bumpers, and micro-actuated triggers. Built directly for mobile competitors, portable cloud setups, and gamers seeking compact ergonomics, this unit bridges the divide between handheld accessories and full-fidelity consoles.
