Team Vitality V.Hive Paris Venue Closed After Looting [Confirmed]

Team Vitality has indefinitely closed its flagship V.Hive esports venue in central Paris after violent demonstrators broke into the facility on Saturday, smashing historical trophy cabinets, stealing tournament silverware, and ransacking competitive PC hardware and player peripherals. According to verified reports from Esports.gg, the intrusion unfolded as demonstrations swept through central Paris, escalating into chaos around the Boulevard de Sébastopol complex. Intruders shattered glass showcase cabinets preserving trophies won across Counter-Strike, Rocket League, and League of Legends campaigns, alongside looting multiple high-end esports rigs utilized by both academy players and visiting public fans. Thankfully, Vitality confirmed that no staff members, pro players, or supporters suffered physical injuries during the break-in. The 10,700-square-foot V.Hive hub, launched in 2019, has long served as a cultural cornerstone for European gaming communities, bridging casual fans with professional tier-1 talent. While management works closely with Parisian police authorities to catalog stolen inventory and assess total structural damages, public operations remain entirely suspended. Esports organizations increasingly face real-world operational security risks as public physical spaces intersect with turbulent civic unrest, much like the broader retail disruptions highlighted across [PC Games Weekly: Stupid Never Dies & Star Trek Outposts [2026]](/news/pc-games-weekly-releases-2026). Vitality executives reiterated that recovery efforts are underway to restore the historic landmark.
