Valorant VCT Partnership Teams Confirmed for 2027 [Confirmed]

Riot Games has officially confirmed the first wave of partnered esports franchises for the VCT 2027-2028 competitive cycle, granting long-term tier-one league slots to EMEA contenders Team Heretics and BBL Esports alongside APAC titans Rex Regum Qeon and Full Sense. According to verified reports from Sportskeeda Esports & BGMI, the selection process evaluates competitive viability, financial sustainability, and organizational infrastructure over multi-year operational cycles. The re-selection guarantees these organizations direct qualification opportunities for global Masters tournaments and Champions events without entering the grueling Ascension promotion gauntlet. In EMEA, Team Heretics earned their extension following consistent deep international playoff runs, while BBL Esports secured their slot through exceptional Turkish broadcast viewership retention and passionate regional engagement. Across the Pacific region, Rex Regum Qeon and Full Sense solidified their standing as foundational pillars, providing essential regional parity across Southeast Asian circuits. Riot Games plans to announce additional partner slots across Americas and China in scheduled phases over the coming weeks.
