Umamusume LA Concert Cancelled Due to US Visa Delays [Confirmed]

Cygames has abruptly cancelled its highly anticipated Umamusume: Pretty Derby live concert in Los Angeles this week after international performance staff and cast members failed to secure mandatory United States entry visas despite exhaustive last-minute appeals. According to verified reports from Eurogamer, production organizers exhausted every administrative channel before officially calling off the California stage showcase. Fans who purchased tickets will receive automatic refunds, but international attendees face steep non-refundable flight and lodging losses. The sudden roadblock highlights mounting bureaucratic friction facing Asian entertainment properties attempting physical cross-border activations in North America. Much like recent regulatory tightening seen across the sector, such as the [PEGI Loot Box Age Rating Raised to 16 Across EU [Confirmed]](/news/pegi-loot-box-age-rating-16) directive, overseas live events increasingly collide with strict government protocols. Cygames reaffirmed its dedication to global audiences, expressing deep regret to enthusiasts who anticipated the multimedia franchise's first major live performance on American soil. Studio management confirmed that Japanese tour legs will proceed unaffected while alternative western broadcast streaming formats are assessed.
