Smash Bros. Ultimate PC Port Hits 60 FPS Native [Confirmed]

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate can now run natively on Windows PC hardware at a locked 60 frames per second thanks to an ambitious community reverse-engineering and recompilation project, according to verified reports from Game Rant. Unlike standard Switch emulators such as Ryujinx or Yuzu that require heavy system translation layers, this project statically recompiles Nintendo's original game binary directly into native x86 machine instructions. The result delivers stable frame pacing and zero emulation overhead on modern PC hardware. While the fan project remains an early work in progress with minor audio bugs and missing graphical shaders, full multiplayer versus matches already run smoothly on mid-range desktop rigs. The technical breakthrough arrives during an active hardware transition era, echoing trends like where enthusiasts maximize existing hardware power. Nintendo has not officially issued DMCA takedowns against the code repository yet, because the project requires players to supply their own legally dumped cryptographic game keys and retail ROM files.
