PUBG Mobile Shinobi M4 Missing Team Broadcast [Confirmed]

PUBG Mobile community members and competitive players are expressing widespread frustration after the highly anticipated return of the Shinobi Kami M4 weapon skin launched in patch update 3.7 without its signature team broadcast and custom switch effects. According to verified reports from Reddit PUBGMobile, users voiced acute disappointment over Tencent's decision to port back older cosmetic assets with only superficial hit effect tweaks rather than full modern upgrade paths. Players noted that while competing legendary rifles like the [PUBG Mobile M416 Lizard Roar Return: Gilt vs Cyber Week [Leak]](/news/pubg-mobile-m416-lizard-roar-return-leak) received comprehensive overhaul treatments, the Shinobi Kami variant felt half-baked. The community highlighted that implementing basic team broadcast animations requires minimal development overhead compared to overall asset creation. This oversight has sparked intense debates across social media channels regarding parity among returning mythic and legendary weapon tiers. Furthermore, veteran players experiencing recurring matchmaking bugs—such as those detailed in [PUBG Mobile Promotion Matches Stuck: Long Queue Bug [Confirmed]](/news/pubg-mobile-promotion-match-queue-fix)—feel alienated by cosmetic inconsistencies during competitive queue grinds. Tencent has yet to release an official patch note addressing whether retroactive broadcast upgrades will be applied to the Shinobi Kami M416 in upcoming hotfixes, leaving collectors questioning future weapon skin re-releases.
