The Story
As originally reported by Pocket Gamer, the October 4 2026 update (version 1.0.73) introduces Sun God Apollo and God of Death Thanatos to the Saint Seiya: Legend of Justice tier list, positioning them at the apex of competitive viability. The article breaks down each Knight’s strengths, synergy potential, and situational usage, offering players a clear hierarchy for roster building. This tier list arrives amid a broader push for balance patches across mobile titles, and its release is expected to drive a wave of in‑game purchases as users chase top‑tier heroes. Strategic & Competitive Analysis
How this development impacts competitive gameplay, professional metas, and community markets.
The inclusion of Apollo and Thanatos reshapes the meta by rewarding high‑damage, short‑cooldown kits, prompting teams to prioritize burst‑oriented line‑ups over traditional tank‑support combos. Map selection will favor arenas with tight corridors where these heroes can maximize kill potential, reducing the viability of long‑range snipers. Coaches are likely to rotate players with strong micro‑management skills to exploit the new heroes' combo windows, increasing qualification odds for squads that adapt quickly ahead of the South Asian Spring Circuit slated for November.
