Risk of Rain 2: How to Fight Providence Secret Boss [Full Guide]

To fight the secret Providence boss in Risk of Rain 2: Hallowed Concepts, players must carry an N'tormat equipped with a Reincarnation page directly into the Soulbound Threshold hidden realm to trigger the legendary confrontation against the original game's final encounter. According to verified reporting from Game Rant, unearthing this encounter demands meticulous preparation throughout a standard run. Survivors must first secure the esoteric N'tormat equipment item and locate the rare Reincarnation scripture page across standard stages before activating the portal. Once players enter the Soulbound Threshold with the paired relics active, the realm redirects away from conventional teleporter loops, transporting the team into an arena modeled after the classic Contact Light bridge. Players who mastered builds via our previous guide on [Risk of Rain 2 Hallowed Concepts: Unlock All Skills [Full Guide]](/news/risk-of-rain-2-hallowed-concepts-skills-guide) will find Providence rebuilt with modernized 3D telegraphs, aerial shockwaves, and shielding phases. Game Rant cautions that failing to carry the exact scripture to the threshold will prematurely exhaust the loop, locking players out of the boss duel for the remainder of that expedition.
