Riftbound Radiance Ziggs Card Reveal & Stats [Confirmed]

According to exclusive verified reports from Game Informer published on October 7, 2026, Riot Games is officially expanding the League of Legends card game Riftbound with the highly anticipated Radiance set launching worldwide on October 23. The centerpiece of this latest reveal is Ziggs, Explosive, a powerful 4-cost and 4-Might champion card operating under the purple chaos color scheme. True to his explosive mid-lane persona in League of Legends, Ziggs deploys specialized bomb gear tokens across the battlefield to control space and punish opponents. When these bombs trigger their deathknell, they deal 2 damage to an enemy unit while clearing friendly gear to fuel his defensive prowess. This mechanical depth builds on the immense momentum seen across the industry, echoing the excitement of major releases like the [Echo Weaver Review: Metroidvania Time Loop Hit [Confirmed]](/news/echo-weaver-review-release-date-gameplay). Deckbuilders and competitive enthusiasts are already analyzing how Ziggs will redefine control archetypes, offering intricate positioning puzzles and devastating board clears.
