PUBG Mobile Bug Report Status: What Green Pending Means [Guide]

When PUBG Mobile customer support marks an in-game bug report ticket as Version Update Pending shaded in green, it definitively confirms that developers have identified, reproduced, and successfully scheduled the code fix for release in the upcoming major version update. According to verified reports from Reddit PUBGMobile, community members sought clarity after submitting crash and hit-registration logs through the in-game support portal, receiving the green tag without explicit explanatory notes. Community moderators and technical reps confirmed that this status moves tickets out of active engineering review and into QA deployment. Unlike unresolved tickets marked Under Investigation or rejected tickets closed with generic advisories, the green label indicates the underlying bug patch is locked into the repository branch for the next numbered update cycle. This formal confirmation arrives as competitive players prepare for rigorous seasonal events where sudden desync glitches and terrain clipping can ruin match placements.
