PUBG Mobile Account Recovery: Observation Period [Full Guide]

The PUBG Mobile account recovery status 'Claim approved. Observation period in progress' represents Krafton's mandatory security window where customer support verifies submitted ownership proof, temporarily restricts critical credential changes, and monitors unauthorized logins before transferring complete access back to the rightful owner. According to verified reports from Reddit PUBGMobile, community members have experienced recurring account hijackings where attackers breached secondary email accounts immediately after initial recovery claims succeeded. Players navigating this secondary verification phase reported extended processing delays, during which the system locks profile alterations while checking IP anomalies and historical purchase receipts. Security analysts note that compromised linked social credentials remain the primary attack vector. If a hacker retains access to an external inbox or linked social channel, subsequent recovery requests enter extended review flags. To prevent recurring account thefts, users must terminate all active sessions, implement hardware two-factor authentication, and avoid unauthorized third-party top-up sites. While working to restore access and level up gameplay fast, players should monitor official ticket statuses daily rather than submitting duplicate tickets, which automatically reset verification queues across Krafton support databases.
