PUBG Mobile Account Recovery Guide 2026 [Full Guide]

PUBG Mobile players can recover unlinked game accounts locked out by banned social authenticators by submitting historical purchase receipts, exact character UID numbers, registration device models, and payment transaction logs directly through Level Infinite’s in-game Customer Service recovery claim portal. According to verified reports from Reddit PUBGMobile, user inquiries surged following instances where regional third-party authenticators such as QQ and WeChat issued sudden platform restrictions without warning. Players who neglected to bind a secondary fallback—such as a dedicated Google Play, Apple ID, Twitter (X), or phone number—found themselves entirely locked out of their operational profiles. The recovery mechanism requires accessing the login interface, tapping the Help icon in the top right corner, and initiating an automated dispute protocol. Claimants must provide verifiable authentication metrics: previous login dates, original device IMEI or hardware models, past nick change records, and Google Play or App Store purchase order numbers spanning the past six months. This stringent verification prevents social engineering while restoring legitimate ownership, avoiding disruptions similar to the recent [PUBG Mobile Matchmaking Bug: High Ping & TTK Issues [Patch Notes]](/news/pubg-mobile-matchmaking-ping-bug-fix) that affected competitive ladder grinders.
