PS Plus October Lineup: Mafia Old Country Added [Confirmed]

Sony Interactive Entertainment has officially announced that Mafia: The Old Country, Tales of Arise, and Horizon Forbidden West will headline the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog for October 2026, alongside classic survival horror hit Dino Crisis 2 for Premium subscribers. According to verified reports from VGC, the refreshed Extra and Premium rosters deliver premier action-adventure depth ahead of the fourth-quarter release window. Guerrilla Games' Horizon Forbidden West makes an anticipated return to service rotation following its temporary hiatus, giving open-world enthusiasts unhindered access to high-tier combat builds and machine-hunting contracts. Bandai Namco's Tales of Arise bolsters the JRPG sector with extensive party systems and fast-paced aerial combat dynamics. Meanwhile, Capcom's PS1 masterpiece Dino Crisis 2 joins the Classics collection complete with up-rendered display filters and modern trophy integration. This distribution model mirrors broader catalog retention strategies highlighted in the [RuneScape Reignited: Devs Reveal 2026 Roadmap [Confirmed]](/news/runescape-reignited-roadmap-update-2026), reinforcing multi-title engagement across active hardware ecosystems.
