PS Plus October 2026 Games: Mafia Old Country Added [Confirmed]

Sony has officially confirmed the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog lineup for October 2026, delivering Mafia: The Old Country, Horizon Forbidden West, and brand-new co-op looter shooter Mycopunk directly to all active PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscribers worldwide starting mid-month. According to verified reports from IGN Articles, this latest library expansion reinforces Sony's commitment to premium narrative and multiplayer depth. Mafia: The Old Country acts as a gritty linear prequel set within the iconic crime syndicate universe, building upon its critically acclaimed 8/10 debut with bundled post-launch story expansions. Joining the crime drama is Guerrilla Games' blockbuster action RPG Horizon Forbidden West, previously celebrated with a stellar 9/10 review for its fluid archery combat, staggering visual fidelity, and sprawling robotic wildlife across post-apocalyptic frontiers. Multiplayer enthusiasts also gain immediate access to Mycopunk, an adrenaline-pumping cooperative looter shooter designed around intricate squad synergies and gear grinding. Fans of deep gear progression will find similarities to mechanics featured in our [ARC Raiders Weapon Amplification: Best Endgame AMPS [Full Guide]](/news/arc-raiders-weapon-amplification-guide). Both Extra and Premium members can download and stream these titles without additional purchase requirements as long as their subscription tier remains active on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 hardware.
