PS Plus October 2026 Lineup: Mafia The Old Country [Confirmed]

According to verified reports from Kotaku published on October 14, 2026, Sony has officially unveiled its PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium catalog lineup for October, delivering one of the service's strongest monthly drops in recent years. The newly announced slate features high-profile titles hitting the service on October 20, 2026, led by the anticipated semi-open world crime game Mafia: The Old Country and the critically acclaimed co-op looter-shooter Mycopunk. Subscribers will also gain access to the return of Horizon Forbidden West, alongside atmospheric experiences like The Midnight Walk, Poppy Playtime Chapter 2, and classic retro title Dino Crisis 2 for Premium tier members. Industry analysts note that this robust curation arrives as player engagement metrics peak ahead of the autumn holiday rush. Essential tier members are reminded that access requires an active Extra or Premium subscription, and lapsed memberships immediately revoke library access until renewal. As players prepare for these heavy-hitting additions, communities are also exploring related releases such as the [Valor Mortis First-Person Soulslike: [First Impressions]](/news/valor-mortis-first-person-soulslike-analysis) for expanded single-player adventures.
