Pokémon TCG Pocket Update 2026: Fixes Pull Rates & Trading [Confirmed]

According to verified reports from Kotaku published on October 16, 2026, DeNA is officially overhauling Pokémon TCG Pocket to fix its notoriously punishing card collection mechanics. The developer announced that the booster pack release cycle will expand from a rapid four-week window to a more sustainable six-week cadence starting in the upcoming 'B' series. This vital adjustment directly targets player burnout caused by overwhelming expansion velocity. Furthermore, DeNA is introducing dedicated mission-based unlocks for stunning immersive cards, moving away from the demoralizing one-percent pull rates that plagued early series launch windows. For dedicated meta competitors and digital card collectors, these long-awaited quality-of-life adjustments ensure a healthier, more rewarding competitive ecosystem moving forward into 2026 tournaments.
