Wizards of the Coast has officially unveiled the first five cards from the upcoming Magic: The Gathering Star Trek collaboration set, teasing premium full-art basic lands depicting iconic cosmic landscapes ahead of the crossover's scheduled late 2026 tabletop and digital launch. According to verified reports from Game Rant, the newly released art preview highlights five distinct environments that strongly align with Plains, Island, Swamp, Mountain, and Forest archetypes inspired by legendary Star Trek locations. Slated to arrive as the definitive final Universes Beyond expansion of 2026, the collaboration bridges Paramount's venerable sci-fi franchise with MTG's premier tabletop systems. The release will span standard Draft Boosters, Collector Boosters, and digital iterations across MTG Arena.
