Modern Warfare 4 Season 1: Release Date Revealed [Confirmed]

Activision has officially confirmed that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 Season 1 will launch globally on November 6, 2026, exactly two weeks after the main title hits platforms on October 23, delivering the inaugural competitive map rotation and full Warzone integration. According to verified reports from Esports.gg, the development team will deploy smaller hotfixes and day-one tuning patches during the initial launch window, reserving the comprehensive seasonal content drop for early November. This milestone represents the primary bridge between multiplayer, DMZ survival modes, and the wider free-to-play battle royale ecosystem. Similar to major shifts seen in broader [GTA 6 Leaks & No Man's Sky Mobile: Industry Trends [Leak]](/news/gta-6-leaks-industry-trends-2026), unified engine architectures dictate release cadences for triple-A live services. Season 1 will introduce a dedicated battle pass progression tree, seasonal prestige ranks, new 6v6 combat arenas, and brand-new tactical equipment. Players hopping into the campaign or multiplayer servers on October 23 will have fourteen days to level their global profile rank to level 55 before seasonal prestige ladders unlock alongside the refreshed competitive rule sets.
