Kofyr Banned Rlcs Psyonix Tournaments Until 2027 [2026 Update]

As originally reported by Dexerto, competitive Rocket League professional Kofyr has received an official suspension from all Rocket League Championship Series (RLCS) and Psyonix-sanctioned tournaments through the conclusion of 2027. The disciplinary ruling follows widespread community reports regarding inappropriate physical contact directed toward female attendees at the RLCS World Championship after-party. Initial details surfaced when content creator Bails discussed the incident in a livestream broadcast, indicating an underage, intoxicated North American player had engaged in unsolicited touching during the celebratory gathering. While preliminary reports kept the individual anonymous, social media investigations swiftly focused on Kofyr, who subsequently published a public apology acknowledging that his personal conduct caused severe discomfort. Following an internal review of the circumstances and code of conduct standards, tournament organizers confirmed the severe sanction. The ruling sidelines the competitor for multiple competitive seasons, effectively barring him from all official circuit play, regional qualifiers, and affiliated global events until early 2028.
