Valorant FUT Esports Coach Vlad Explores Options [Confirmed]

Berke "Vlad" Kantürk, head coach of VCT Europe contender FUT Esports, has officially announced that his organization has permitted him to explore alternative career options and open negotiations across all global regions ahead of the upcoming 2026 offseason. According to verified reports from VLR.gg, Vlad joined FUT Esports prior to EMEA Stage 1, successfully replacing long-standing coach Gais who had directed the roster for over four years. During his tenure, Vlad injected vital tactical discipline into the squad, uniting with player s0pp whom he previously collaborated with during their successful stint at ULF Esports. Under his guidance, ULF secured a stellar top-two finish at EMEA Ascension, paving the way for high-level VCT contention. Throughout his professional coaching career starting in 2021, Vlad has accumulated extensive Tier-1 experience with multiple prominent organizations, including three distinct stints at BBL Esports, alongside strategic analyst roles at Giants Gaming and Natus Vincere. Furthermore, he has contributed his tactical expertise to the Turkish regional scene. As FUT Esports evaluates its long-term competitive trajectory following a turbulent yet resilient 2026 campaign, Vlad's departure opens up significant opportunities for both the coach and prospective European rosters seeking elite tactical leadership in Valorant Champions Tour.
