Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4: One Piece Rumors Debunked [Leak]

According to verified reports from Polygon published in early 2026, Epic Games has officially dispelled massive community rumors regarding an exclusive One Piece anime collaboration for the upcoming Fortnite mini-season after releasing new promotional ads across the island. For weeks, anticipation reached a fever pitch after a mysterious pirate chest appeared on the map, leading millions of players to believe a Straw Hat Pirates crossover was imminent. However, newly uncovered promotional posters and official teaser assets indicate that Epic Games is instead pivoting toward a broader, generic anime-inspired theme. This pivot alters seasonal expectations significantly, shifting player focus away from specific franchise mythic items and toward general cel-shaded cosmetic bundles. While disappointed fans continue discussing potential future collaborations, data miners and industry insiders confirm that current game files point exclusively to original anime character models. As developers prepare for the transition out of Chapter 7 Season 4, community engagement remains exceptionally high despite the altered thematic direction.
