Exodus RPG: BioWare Successor Reveals Major Redesign [Confirmed]

According to verified reports from GameSpot News, developer Archetype Entertainment revealed a comprehensive visual redesign for male protagonist Jun Aslan in their upcoming sci-fi RPG Exodus following intensive community feedback after EA closed BioWare. Published today by general manager Chad Robertson, the update arrives directly in the wake of EA’s sudden closure of BioWare and the cancellation of Mass Effect 5. When GameSpot initially previewed Exodus in late August, the male version of Jun Aslan featured a distinct five-o'clock shadow and heavy bone structure that drew immediate community scrutiny across social channels. Addressing these discussions head-on, Archetype—co-founded by industry veterans Chad Robertson, James Ohlen, and Drew Karpyshyn—leveraged community criticism to refine the character's facial aesthetics. This pivot underscores the studio's commitment to player-driven development as they position Exodus to fill the massive void left by cancelled BioWare projects.
