Enshrouded 1.0: Best Early Metal Scraps Farm [Full Guide]

According to verified reports from Game Rant, Enshrouded 1.0 players can maximize early-game Metal Scraps farming by raiding the Scavenger camp in Rookmore near Braelyn Bridge, where smashing metal props and defeating humanoid bandits yields immediate crafting components for essential survival gear. In Keen Games' open-world survival action RPG, Metal Scraps represent the quintessential bottleneck during early exploration. Players need these scrap pieces to satisfy Blacksmith Oswald Anders' foundational quests, forge early-game staples such as the Scrappy Sword and Spiked Club, and build lockpicks to plunder high-value chests across Embervale. Rookmore provides an unmatched gathering density compared to scattered wilderness ruins. Located just northwest of the initial Braelyn Bridge crossing, the settlement is populated by low-tier Scavenger foes who reliably drop scraps upon defeat. Crucially, players should systematically smash metal barrels, abandoned wire cages, and broken cooking stations across the campsite using a basic pickaxe or club. Because world objects reset whenever players exit to the main menu in single-player or reload local dedicated sessions, survivalists can run an efficient loop between their Flame Altar and Rookmore in minutes.
