Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 [Update 2026]: New Beerus Content

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 has quietly deployed brand-new content featuring an exclusive Beerus and Whis loading screen illustration, expanding post-launch live-service support across PC and consoles ahead of the game's upcoming tenth anniversary celebration in 2026. According to verified reports from Game Rant, the stealth drop commemorates the wider Dragon Ball universe while reaffirming publisher Bandai Namco and developer Dimps' relentless commitment to the anime fighter. While modern PC distribution platforms evolve with initiatives like the [Epic Games Launcher Rebuild [Confirmed]: 30x Faster Speed](/news/epic-games-launcher-update-preview), Xenoverse 2 continues sustaining an astonishingly active concurrent player base across Steam, PlayStation, and Xbox nearly a decade after its original October 2016 launch. The new DBCX-themed illustration captures Lord Beerus and his angelic attendant Whis in a fresh cinematic render, accessible to active fighters entering Conton City. Rather than winding down development in favor of newer arena titles like Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero, Dimps has utilized this subtle update to reassure the community that server support, cosmetic reward distributions, and balance maintenance will persist through the title's historic ten-year operational milestone.
