Disney Epic Games AI Shooter: Marvel & Star Wars IP [Leak]

Disney and Epic Games are actively developing an experimental AI-first multiplayer shooter built on Unreal Engine 5 to unify Marvel and Star Wars universes following Disney’s historic $1.5 billion equity investment into the Fortnite creator. According to verified reports from Game Rant, the ambitious collaboration aims to push generative artificial intelligence to the forefront of player-versus-environment and competitive shooter experiences. Rather than functioning as a standard cosmetic crossover within Fortnite’s existing Battle Royale ecosystem, internal development signals a standalone interconnected gaming universe where real-time machine learning dictates bot reactivity, dynamic objective generation, and environmental destruction. This aggressive push into algorithmic design mirrors experimental bets across the industry, reminiscent of ambitious game design trends noted in the [Black & White Remaster Teased by Peter Molyneux [Leak]](/news/black-and-white-remaster-molyneux-leak). Insider sources confirm production is scaling rapidly across Epic's core studios, prioritizing cross-platform progression and seamless Disney franchise world-building. While traditional live-service titles struggle with rapid content exhaustion, Disney and Epic believe adaptive generative encounters will provide endless replayability across casual queues and ranked leaderboards.
