Crimson Desert DLC: Shipbuilding, Romance & Housing [Confirmed]

Crimson Desert’s upcoming “Charting the Unknown” DLC, releasing on June 20, 2026, expands Pywel with shipbuilding, ocean exploration, romance options, expanded housing, and new story missions for characters Kliff, Damiane, and Oongka, according to IGN Articles. The expansion introduces a fully functional shipyard where players gather resources to construct vessels, enabling cross‑ocean voyages that blend narrative cutscenes with emergent gameplay. Romance systems let players pursue relationships that unlock unique dialogue trees and cosmetic rewards, while upgraded housing offers modular interiors and community crafting stations. New character‑focused quests deepen lore, featuring cinematic sequences that push the overarching storyline forward. IGN notes that the DLC also adds a merchant hub, allowing players to trade rare oceanic materials for exclusive gear.
