Cookie Run Kingdom Tier List: October 2026 Meta [Full Guide]

The definitive Cookie Run Kingdom tier list for October 2026 ranks newcomer Time Shadow Cookie at S-plus tier following the deployment of version 7.9.101, establishing a game-changing tactical meta across both high-tier Kingdom Arena PvP matches and World Exploration PvE campaigns. According to verified reports from Pocket Gamer, update version 7.9.101 went live on October 16, 2026, introducing two highly anticipated playable units: Time Shadow Cookie and Pulpo Cookie. Time Shadow Cookie arrives as an offensive powerhouse capable of manipulating cooldown ticks and piercing heavy damage resistance, making the unit an immediate staple in top-tier Grandmaster divisions. Meanwhile, Pulpo Cookie lands comfortably in the solid A-tier as a disruptive secondary crowd controller tailored for specific guild battle boss encounters and wave clears. The tier list recalibration also shifts legacy picks, knocking older Charge and Magic heroes down a peg as burst survival stats rise. This dynamic shift reflects broader trends observed during the recent [Apple Gaming Push: Indie Games Week & No Man's Sky [Confirmed]](/news/apple-gaming-push-indie-games-week), where mobile live-service powerhouses continuously revamp character rosters to maintain engagement. Players optimizing their Kingdom Arena rosters must immediately reallocate Star Jellies and Beascuit sub-stats toward Time Shadow Cookie to remain competitive during the ongoing ranked season.
