Dead by Daylight: Chucky Delisted on Nov 24 [Confirmed]

Dead by Daylight developer Behaviour Interactive announced that Chucky, the notorious slasher known in-game as The Good Guy, will be permanently removed from digital store shelves on November 24, making this the final opportunity for players to acquire the licensed Chapter DLC. According to verified reports from Game Rant, the sudden delisting stems from the expiration of Universal Pictures' licensing contract, mirroring previous horror franchise departures like Stranger Things. Players who purchase the DLC or cosmetics before the November 24 deadline will retain indefinite access to Chucky and Tiffany across all platforms. Cross-progression guarantees that previously unlocked perks—including Batteries Included, Friends 'Til the End, and Hex: Two Can Play—remain fully functional and shareable across killer rosters via prestige levels. For horror enthusiasts who track gaming crossovers alongside cinematic trends like the [80s Cult Horror Movie Streaming Hit [Full Guide 2026]](/news/80s-horror-streaming-hit-2026), this marks one of the most abrupt franchise departures in asymmetrical survival history. Behaviour Interactive confirmed that store discounts will run prior to the cutoff, urging completionists to finalize their collections before Chucky enters vaulted exclusivity permanently.
