Castlevania Belmont's Curse: Sonia Skin Code [Full Guide]

Players can unlock the secret Sonia Belmont skin in Castlevania: Belmont's Curse by entering the classic Konami Code on the title screen, granting Rose an exclusive retro outfit that honors the 1997 Game Boy protagonist without requiring paid DLC or microtransactions. According to verified reports from Game Rant, players must input Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A on their controller while selecting Rose's loadout. Once executed correctly, an audio chime signals the immediate unlock of the Sonia Belmont skin, inspired directly by Castlevania Legends.

This Easter egg brings back classic gaming nostalgia, echoing retro preservation discussions seen alongside handheld storage upgrades like the [Nintendo Switch 2 Storage: 512GB Card Drops to $85 [Deal]](/news/switch-2-microsd-express-card-deal). Konami chose not to wall this cosmetic behind a paywall, rewarding community experimentation instead. Rose retains her complete weapon mastery and holy sub-weapon arsenal, but dons Sonia's signature tunic, boots, and whip holster. The inclusion celebrates Belmont lore, giving veteran speedrunners and action-platformer enthusiasts an iconic look across modern console and PC runs.
