Mr. Beast Book Ghostwriter: Sanderson Questions Authorship [Confirmed]

According to verified reports from IGN Articles published in early 2026, renowned fantasy author Brandon Sanderson publicly questioned the true ghostwriter behind Mr. Beast’s new release during a recent episode of his Intentionally Blank podcast. Diving into the perception of The Most Dangerous Games, Sanderson expressed deep curiosity regarding the uncredited writer while acknowledging why explicit credits are often omitted in commercial creator projects. Drawing comparisons to his own co-authoring experiences, including his work on Blightfall, Sanderson explained that famous public figures rarely pen these manuscripts entirely on their own. Instead, industry veterans like James Patterson—who is officially co-listed on the Mr. Beast book—frequently handle the heavy lifting of outlining, drafting, and editorial polishing. Given Mr. Beast’s relentless YouTube production schedule, followers find it implausible that the internet star wrote the book single-handedly.
